Why Sailing?
“Sailing has always been a significant part of our lifestyle. Since birth, my parents have taken me, my brother, and my sisters on sailing trips, covering 200 nautical miles in two weeks. Whenever there was even a slight breeze, they would sail, only resorting to using the motor when there was no wind. Each trip to the sea was unique and memorable. We have such a deep love for sailing that we aim to share this experience with anyone interested. My brother and I often accompany first-time sailors who wish to enjoy their first cup of coffee on a sailboat at sunrise or sip wine at sunset. Our goal is to create unforgettable experiences for you that will stay with you for a lifetime – this is what we find most beautiful. “

Let us introduce our boat, Sailing boat IKIGAI Pula
“Our boat is the Bavaria Match Race 35, a 10.7-meter performance cruiser. It’s a sailing boat with a soul that promises a lifetime of experiences for a Private Groups up to 8 😉 Ikigai sails gracefully in winds ranging from 7 to 15 knots. Even a light breeze can move us forward. Sometimes we can sail faster than the wind is blowing.
The boat’s name, ‘Ikigai,’ is derived from the Japanese word meaning ‘a sense of purpose’ or ‘a reason for living.’ Ikigai represents finding one’s true purpose and joy in life. Sailing embodies the freedom, passion, and fulfillment that many seek. We love the sea; the act of setting sail, harnessing the wind, and navigating the waters provides a deep sense of purpose and contentment. In sailing, we live in the moment, connect with nature, and experience tranquility and adventure on the open water aboard our ‘Ikigai.’
Model Bavaria Match Race were conceived by Dough Peterson and J&J Design and build by Bavaria Yachts. Is is fast, race-ready boat that’s also comfortable cruiser for pleasure sailing.

Idea about Adrinaut Sailing
“By profession, I am a branding manager with over 20 years of experience in developing various business ideas and providing business support and consulting to companies. Through voluntary efforts over the past few years, I have served as a leader and president of a sailing/yacht club, organizing sailing events with my team that include over 100 boats and more than 500 participants. Sailing is my passion. Twelve years ago, I developed a sailing simulation board game called “Conquer Adriatic” and a year later, “MediterraNaut.”
Adrinaut Sailing Experiences, as a business, is a natural extension of my passion.
The idea behind Adrinaut Sailing is to provide you with the ultimate sailing experience and share our love for sailing with you. We have carefully selected the best options to offer you a truly unique sailing adventure.
Our autumn, winter and spring expeditions includes:
– sailing courses – your first sailing steps, preparation for B and C categories, day courses, weekend or other times upon request
– sailing expeditions around Pula – South to the historic Porer Lighthouse or to the North to explore the stunning Brijuni National Park
– regatta experience – there are few interesting regattas
– TEAM BUILDING – events, regattas, sailing expeditions or adventure sailing courses
Our summer expeditions include Sunset Experience with a glass of wine, Sunrise Experience where you can enjoy your first coffee as the sun rises and revitalizes you, Day sailing Experience to catch the wind and dolphins on hot summer days, and Night sailing under the stars, including Full Moon sailing. Our tours are not typical sailing trips just for swimming and spending the day as you would at the beach. In our tours, we strive to set the sails, harness the wind, and give you a true sailing adventure—an experience of a lifetime.
We can arrange tailored sailing experiences upon your request any time of the year. Whether you would like to book whole day, half day for sailing & discovering the boat owners life 😉 or you would like to have a wine promotion, team building, or some fancy company event for a small group of 7-8 people per boat. We can arrange a sailing event or a sailing courses or other event lasting few days and for large group including more sailing boats. We are here to cater your needs.
