September and October are some of the best months for sailing in Pula. The air is pleasantly warm but not too hot (20-27°C), the busy summer crowds are gone, and the Adriatic Sea stays inviting — around 23–24°C in September and 19–21°C in October with the air temperature 15-22°C. With plenty of daylight hours, you can still enjoy both swimming and sailing well into autumn. This period is perfect whether you want to: spend some time under the sails on a 2, 4 or a 6 hours tour, take your first sailing lessons in Pula, join or prepare for exciting autumn regattas in Istria or start your Course B-skipper training in Croatia and work toward your skipper’s license.
