Participants receive instructions on boat handling, safety procedures, and the day’s agenda. This sets clear goals and aligns the team before departing.
2. Team Assignment & Role Distribution
Teams are formed and each member is given a role on board. Tasks may rotate, allowing everyone to experience leadership, support roles, and technical responsibilities.
3. Hands-on Sailing Experience
